Blue Ridge Emmaus was formed in 1994 from pilgrims who had attended Mountain Top Emmaus and Emmanuel Emmaus Walks and those who had moved into the area from all over. We are an ecumenical community and enjoy the realization on every walk that there are no barriers where unity is celebrated. The three-day experience at Blue Ridge Emmaus is a special, unique spiritual experience. God is present as we strive to be obedient to the manual provided by the Upper Room and to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
